TJ-POF1 High presicion electromagnetic dual clutch Combination
Tianji Transmission double electromagnetic clutch assembly attached to the double pulley (TJ-POF1), consisting of two TJ-A-type electromagnetic friction clutch components. Combination of a unique design, the friction part is hard to wear, accurate action, the rotating part inertia. It works with the TJ-POF2 dual electromagnetic clutch group, like the electromagnetic clutch double set of suitable conventional torque 6Nm ~ 400Nm.
Structure is very unique, the installation is extremely simple. Compact through-shaft structure, that means two electromagnetic clutches are on the same axis, extremely rational allocation of production of various components, is a very unique combination for reversing, speed, power distribution, connection, cut off, multi-purpose high-speed operation. Can achieve a variety of functions, which can be achieved two speed models, and other complex and high-frequency inversion precision control a variety of functions, and can be simplified delivery mechanism, are extremely easy to install and use, durable and practical.

Open-designed dual clutch with one output shaft.
Two-way clutch rotor is attached to the output shaft, and clutch bearing cam is on the output-input shaft. When the right side is energized the output-input shaft driven and when current is cut to the right side it disengages so the output-input shaft stops. When the left side is energized the output-input shaft is driven, and when current to the left side is cut the clutch disengages and the output-input shaft stops.
This unit can be used in two-speed applications or where bi-directional rotation is used to transmit power.
