The two moving parts, the inner rotating part and the outer rotating part, are non-contact. It is a wear-free torque magnetic powder clutch controller. They are suspended on bearings, and the space between the inner and outer rotating parts is filled with dry magnetic powder. A 24VDC coil is built in the surrounding stator frame. The current flowing through the coil generates a magnetic field, so that the powder is between the internal and external rotating components The connection is formed to transmit torque, and through the change of current, the transmitted torque directly changes with the strength of the magnetic field.
