Micro Magnetic Powder Brake Selection Step

Micro magnetic powder brake is commonly known as micro magnetic powder brake. It uses DC24V voltage, but its excitation current is small, but it can output large torque, which can easily form an automatic control system. The selection of the miniature magnetic powder brake is generally selected based on the maximum torque required to be transmitted by the device, but care is taken to ensure that the actual slip power is less than the allowable slip power of the magnetic powder clutch and brake.
The actual slip power calculation formula is as follows:
Actual slip power P=2×3.14×M×n/60=F*V(unit: W)
In the formula: M ---- -- actual working torque (N/ M)
F ---- -- tension (N)
n---- slip speed (r/min)
V ----- linear velocity (m/s)
The selection steps of micro magnetic powder brake are as follows:
1. Determine the model, torque and type of magnetic powder brake (inner rotating hollow shaft series, outer rotating hollow shaft series, miniature series, single shaft series) and other detailed information;
2, Determine the size or range of torque, the unit Nm, the common torque range is between 0.5Nm ~ 400Nm;
3. When ordering the magnetic powder brake or clutch, determine which machine and use it is used for;
4.Confirm supporting products. POD magnetic powder brake and POC magnetic powder clutch can be matched with tension controller, tension sensor, gear reducer motor, inflatable shaft and other products.
